GREAT SCOTT!
A nod to the Clocktower of Hill Valley! The clocktower was damaged and courthouse square was destroyed in the massive fire this morning at Universal Studios Hollywood. I drew in some kickass lightning bolts in photoshop. I hope they can rebuild the backlot because I'm gonna miss seeing it whenever I go there. EDIT: FANTABULOUS! THE COURTHOUSE IS SAFE! [link] How much of the studio was destroyed? The fire was contained to one section of the backlot. Less than 1% of Universal’s 391 acres was affected. Sadly, New York Street and the King Kong attraction were lost, but the iconic courthouse on Courthouse Square and half of the buildings facing the square were saved. ROCK ON! |
