I wont make too many more--- I PROMISE! 
As per request---
Painting on screencaptures IS NOT FAN ART.
So help me, nothing says "I'm not a fan!" more than stealing screen captures, and painting on them in Photoshop, PSP, or MS Paint to change character's clothing color and haircolor--- to put your own OC/Mary Sue in there.
Got an OC/Mary Sue? Draw it. Pick up any sheet of paper, and any writing tool, and draw it.
Bic Pen and notebook paper? Hawtness. Go for it.
Need help drawing? There are tons of awesome tutorials on the internet. Here as well. You can also ask for help.
Just don't steal stuff and recolor it. It's theft, and it's also against rules.
